    My husband originally negotiated with a large grocery store chain in ** about 35 + years ago. His small family owned company wanted to stock and distribute 4th of July fireworks in the large chain grocery stores. *****************************, owner of Keystone Specialy, LLC, decided to buy his merchandise from BJ **** in ****. The owner, *********************** and he shook hands and agreed on a verbal contract. I was present during this verbal contract agreement. The owner,*****, stated as long as he was Presient of his family business, he would guarantee sales to my husband and would not poach his business. There was a verbal agreement with the grocery store chain as well; guaranteed sales. As of today 9/23/2022 , corporate associate, *********************, called my daughter who is now managing her deceased father's business and advised her he took over the grocery stores accounts and the stores were dealing with him. A small feather in his cap and since my daughter's business depended on the revenue from that account, she is forced to close her doors and file bankruptcy. So much for lack of integrity and loyalty . I wonder if *********************** is aware of this!
