    I bought tickets thru Gametime for preseason game for the nets and ******* I received the tickets hours later via axs app. Two weeks later the tickets disappeared an I was told by axs that the seller did this. When I spoke with Gametime they denied this an told me to pick tickets up at the box office. Game day came and after speaking with 4 different reps in regards to this over the weeks I was denied tickets due to being cancelled. Gametime stated they would investigate and then compensate me for my loss and its now been a week and Ive heard nothing. Ive called within that time and was told the the investigation was in progress. This should. Terrible company to deal with! They know what happened and dont want to refund my money that Im out of
