I purchased a designer bag that was being sold as real. They claimed to have authenticated it, but whatever person or service they use is NOT thorough. I was thankful that they were apologetic and willing to make it right, they offered another bag to me at a discounted price. It was a beautiful bag, but the dust bag was not legit. I am familiar with ***** I do not have trust in their process to authenticate and would never recommend them for 2nd hand designer bags. After returning this bag, it was placed back on the website as a Prada bag for the same price I originally paid. Please pay more for authentication services and stand behind the statement on your website, WE GUARANTEE THE AUTHENTICITY OF OUR ITEMS!Before selling or listing, each high risk product is authenticated by ********************* of STREETLUXE AUTHENTICATION LLC We take pride in fighting back against counterfeit items! When you shop with Selective Seconds Consignment you dont have to question your purchase.Disappointed.

Vena the store owner is a bully and allows her staff to be bullies as well. **** told me she had pulled my items because I told her the store was unprofessional for allowing junior high behavior on a live show about one of my items. Vena, due to her junior high mentality, was unable to comprehend that I was trying to tell them it wasnt a good look for them to allow people to make negative comments about peoples items on live shows bc its unprofessional and theres a good chance the owner of the items is watching. **** is unable to take constructive criticism, which is a basic life skill, and instead took my feedback personally and told me Selective Seconds may not be a good fit for my items and that they had been pulled and were ready for pick up. First off, theres not too much selective anything going on when I saw a pair of Ugg sandals there that had the persons footprints ground in to the bottom of the shoes in dirt that they wanted $27 for. What a joke! To think you are above others when you are running a glorified goodwill is truly sad. Also, she boats about how much the store gives to mental health organizations, I hope she heeds her own advice.

*******, Im sorry you had a bad experience with me and Selective Seconds. The handbag you consigned was unique and prompted some comments on our live show. After you reached out to me (upset that we didnt respond to comments) I explained how our hosts need to keep the pace going and how negative conversations usually dissipate if we dont engage. I also asked what you would like me to do and received no response. Later I learned you had reached out to a customer of mine and sent a very hurtful private message. You also reached out to another business owner to talk negative about **. Thats when I suggested we were not a good fit to sell your items.
