  BEWARE!!! I would give zero stars if I could. ***** ***** is not licensed and insured as he claims to be. When I called to verify his insurance, it had expired a long time ago. Unfortunately, I did not verify his insurance until after the damage was done. After consistently missing his agreed deadlines and not making progress on the job (painting, LVP install, skim coat ceilings), I had to fire him. The work he did manage to do was horrid and had to be redone. Im at a loss of about $15K due to the down payment I gave him, the unplanned hotel stays, the cost of the removal of his poor work, and the cost to clean up the mess he left. Not only did he leave my home a complete disaster, he felt it was necessary to steal from my home and vandalize my property. He also made a copy of my home key. I gave him a bronze key; however, the key he returned was silver and was able to open my door. Sadly, I am not the only person he had done this to. He has a number of small claims against him that the court has ordered him to pay. He has paid none of them over the years. He also has a recent criminal history as well.   It's taken me while they respond to this Review. I'm in the process of sewing up or slanderism.We had a mutual agreement that I have recorded on the phone If anybody wants to hear It.I took out all the carpet in her house.All the underpadding, all the tick strips.All the popcorn ceilings and her whole house which was had her best.This isn't it?Which only knew that a couple of rooms had abestise 4 bedrooms also had tiles with the business in it in a back room.She wanted all the following removed and I'm still asking money nice wood flooring you got in the kitchen. You sure you wanna remove it and she was? I've been in trouble to with my whole life and yeah, she wanted to remove it. Then the next day, I just wanted to see how hard it was to come app baby along with all the carpet in the house and she got mad because she said that she told me that she wanted to keep the wood in the kitchen. So I had to re apply it which was very difficult.That's started out there a little venture there on a lie But I was a nice guy and I didn't argue with her.Then she wants this wood decorative board. That's halfway up. Her drywall walls in her back room. She wants have to have that removed Well, there was no dry wall behind it. So she gets upset about that she guess she's on the hook for putting that putting you dry wall in. Well, when she got stuffed that she moved in from her belongings and filled. 2 rooms in the used to have to spend an hour and a 1/2 picking the bed bugs off of each other before we can go home to our family. You could see roaches coming out by the hundreds. From those rooms. I didn't want to respond to this because this is what we went through.And she used a copie gas out of her **** And blow it on me and my guys and she thought it was the most hilarious thing in the world. She used to leave her nasty underwear on the floor in the bathroom where she told us to use the bathroom. And I don't even describe those. You just try to restore me for money. The detective because she did have somebody coming to her house to take couple things. Did it take to roll me up the 2nd day? Which, by the way, this was over a year ago over a year ago and she keeps reposting. I've done everything on my power to work with this lady. With nothing they detected me even told her I didn't do it. How was the last suspect? Taken, ever thought would And no I have not done nothing to nobody like she says I have the thing on my case was because I was not changing a battery and someone I was dating and she was shop looking and I come back in and kid was going she was going to divorce her dad, if the little kid was only 4 years. Old. So I took the Mother's what she had on her as far as them. Ethamphetamine, so the kid wouldn't go to child protective services. As you can see on my record, I have 0 drug. I have couple things from that that because I start, I tried to start a business and I didn't have a business life but that's because I got ahead and selling the signs and not building the Sun, but every county in ******* said it was a civil case except for ***********. So that's where we are folks. I just was a crappy businessman, not a criminal sorry, don't break bad at 37. And as you can see on the possession charge, I think it's almost 2 years old. It's gonna get thrown out.If you look at all my platforms. This is only my second bad review. In 5 years and this was a complete BS lying slanderism extortion of money I've ever seen. And by the way, she goes by p.W initials, she's not hard to find.She's the only color lady in ********** I would stay clear of her unless you want A. **** Tart, that's what she called. I'm running when the copy was a **** tart blown on you Patriciatte ******

  By far the worst experience i have had with a contractor.We hired ********************* ( Allin1 Handyman Services ) to put a concrete patio in for us. After he gave us a quote it took several months to even do the job. He tried getting us to switch to an asphalt patio instead ( who would want an asphalt patio? ).The day came for the pouring of the patio and when the cement truck pulled it, he informed us that he did not have the money to pay for the concrete and that he needed us to pay for it and he would take that off the total cost.He was out there for over twelve hours trying to finish the patio and it was a total mess. After it was obvious that he could not do it right, he blamed the concrete company , he blamed us because we did not switch to asphalt. We had the concrete company come out and look at the results, they said this was one of the worst jobs they have seen. He left tools in the middle of it, he left concrete all over our brick on the house. We found that he did not order enough concrete.We gave him so many opportunities to try to make it right, he kept threatening to *** us for defamation. We finally had no other option but to take him to court. He did not appear and the Judge awarded us more than the amount we had asked for.Over 2 years later he has paid less than 4% of the judgement.I do not know if anyone else has had any is***s with this contractor or not, but based on my experience I would avoided them when looking for someone to do a job for you. He has accused us of making untrue statements about him, but we have copies of our text messages with him. We have multiple photos of the work he did, we have statements from the concrete company. We have court documents. We tried many times to resolve this is*** without having to go this route, but he would not follow through on his end.If he does a job for you, I hope you have no is***s, but I would hate to see someone else have this nightmare we had without being warned

  It's all BS to get me to pay for their ***** decorative ***io They don't tell you they gave me about 3000 dollers The only reason why they won in court is because I had covet It's funny how all the hard *** was done like bringing in dirt and leveling and building the mold for the concrete and if that wasn't done right then why did they pay for the concrete And yes i had the money for the concrete and I came to the homeowner and asked because I wanted to pay my guys that was wheel bearing all the concrete cash instead of them have to wait until Monday if she didn't agree to that I was just going to pay the concrete company and pay my guys on Monday but she agreed to that it's anything they can say to do to get me to pay for their decorative ***io Long story I ordered 9 and half yards they gave me seven Even after that I tried to solve the problem but only had half the money for materials and customers that was I thought was on my side turned on me and believed the concrete company over me and the wife was there she saw the whole thing go down The concrete company has screwed over alot of contractors they even went as far as changing the receipt to get themselves out of hot water and get the customers believe that was me and then they took this opportunity to get me to pay for the decorative ***io but suing me for ****** they only gave me three even though the other concrete company worked off my framework and my hard work that's the only gave me less than $3,000 for the wife knows the truth I don't know why she's staying quiet I guess it's just easier coming after the small guy then it's the big concrete company they have been a complete nightmare they go in and do this on internet to customers I'm interacting with and they'll go and send the customer's private messages and state this BS and that caused me to lose the customers so they've cost me way more than ****** I've had two complaints in the 6 years since I've been in business one is because the lady said I didn't show up when I did how did I know she had a cul-de-sac driveway the reason I was late for is because I wanted to clean up after she said she didn't want me cuz I was in a flooded basement to be in her showcase home so I stopped to clean up and I was trying to accommodate her on July 4th and this ridiculous one if I'm what they saying I am I have a lot more complaints than this but I have lots of happy customers and that's what boils down to they're just trying to get me to pay for something and trying to take advantage of me
