    I received a product that had a tamper seal ripped. I have tried over ten times, through email and message, to reach the company. It's been 2 weeks and no reply. My patience is wearing thin. I just want a refund for a damaged product.

    I ordered 3 supplements Jan 6th $ *****. Its now Feb 19th, I tried many times to contact seller about Delay? Not 1 email back, They did make a tracking # same day as purchase then Nothing. I did receive a e mail asking how I liked the products I never received! *****************

    Purchased bucked up non stim pre workout on 1/22/24. Item still has not shipped out. Business does not respond to emails or phone calls.

    I ordered a supplement from them with 2 day shipping on 1/5/24. I have sent 6 emails, 3 direct website messages, and ******** messages to no response whatsoever. They continue to charge my card and wont refund after paying 60 dollars with shipping for my item. Highly recommended not buying anything from this shady business.

    I made a purchase on January 2nd and was provided a **** tracking number. When I check the status, it states the post office is still awaiting the item from you. My card was charged and I havent received anything! I have left multiple emails and text since they was their only listed form of communication but havent received a response!

    Ordered some supplements on January 4th and have not received so much as a shipping confirmation. Repeated attempts to contact Nutrastop have failed.

    I ordered pre workout in December 25th and it sent me a shipping label. But it has yet to send me any updates. I have reached out multiple times but they have ignored me every time

    I ordered from there on December 24th with fast express shipping for 10$ to this day the status says *** hasnt received this item and Nutra stop claims it has been shipped
