I went into The Good Feet Store, explained that I have Planters Fasciitis, I already had arch inserts which I got from a shoe store which is hard and makes my feet hurt. My list of concerns going in:1) Insert CANNOT be hard, 2)My primary footwear is Keds - (I was sized between bordering on narrow feet) - 3)I explained I quit buying Narrow shoes because I have neuropathy and tight shoes don't work.4)I work in an office - I can get away with Keds, but not all out tennis shoes every day.She comes out with a pair of ****** TENNIS shoes with a wide toes box (that I could never wear to work, stick a HARD insert in (under the insole) to have me walk around in. When someone is in as much pain as I've been in for as long as I have, the relief I felt gives a false sense of relief. Today my ANKLE SWELLS, knee hurts worse and my hips hurts so bad I can barely go up/down stairs. I can NOT wear the ridiculous insert they sent home in ANY of MY shoes, I refused to buy their ****** tennis shoes. The no return policy when you've taken someone for over $1,500 that you have no idea is going to give you LONG TERM relief is OBSURD! I've tried for over 4 weeks now. and I'm done. You have 20 something year old kids with a rehearsed sales pitch. They don't know squat about feet, or pain or anything else. All the know is what you've told them to say! BUYER BEWARE! Spend your money at a podiatrist. you'll end up there anyway! (I too spent nearly $1600 out the door).

Hello friends just a buyer beware especially for my older friends! If you are hopeful that The Good Feet store will take away all your pains it might. However, be aware that they take a lot of time fitting you, and at no point do you ever talk price until the very end. I felt at that point, I had no choice and took the cheapest package three sets of inserts and my new shoes (shoes were $140 which I expected). What I didnt expect was that the inserts started at over $1300 middle package $1500 and third package nearly $2000. My total amount was $1600. Before I knew it we were applying for 18 months credit and no return. Im stuck. I instantly wanted to rewind the clock so please they might work, but know going in how expensive they are. I had expected to spend like $200 for inserts and $140 on shoes. ??????? my inserts hurt my feet today hopefully Ill get used to them. Buyers remorse x10
