      Company is a **** did not fulfill order of 4 tanks, did mail 2 months later 1 damaged tank, credit card company sided with them because they had a tracking number said delivered, I had videos from the ring camera on how they only delivered 1 single tank unpackaged !! Broke from the connections HOPE THIS HELPS SOMEONE NOT GET SCAMMED.

      Ordered a item from them. They took payment, and then emailed and said that shipping was going from $65 to $450 and wanted to know if I wanted to keep order or cancel. I said cancel it. I have heard nothing from them after repeated contact attempts. I have disputed the charge with ****** and my credit card company. Waiting for resolution.

      I would give it a zero star if I could. Never fulfilled the order, tried calling For months every day multiple times a day. Left emails, voice messages, and post on ********* Never had a reply

      I wanted to purchase a part that they listed on there website but I had a question about it. I called and no one answered and in there VM recording they suggest to email and text for faster service. I did both and they never emailed or text back. **************** is non existent.

      Terrible Company. Online store shows items "In Stock" and 5 day delivery. Placed an order for a shower for our ************ 395MS camper at the end of April. Website said 5 day delivery, my invoice after purchasing said May 28th for delivery. Never received anything more from them. No tracking, no order status updates....nothing. I have emailed probably 6 times, I have left voicemails, and have text per there recorded message. No response was ever made. Here it is July 10th, and still nothing. Ended up having to file a dispute with my CC company to get a refund for this order.

      Paid for a fireplace, they did ship it but it was doa.. Tried to contact them repeatedly but received no reply. Pretty sure this company is a scam company. They might sell products but do not stand behind them and do not respond to customers.Not worth the 1 star Im giving them.

      Beware, item was ordered and paid for but damaged in route by **** customer service not resolving, doesn't answer the phone or emails. It's been over two weeks since *** acknowledged damage. I would not order from this company, it's not BBB accredited for a reason?

      Aptil 12, 2024 I am an RV dealer and repair facility in ****, **.I placed an order online on March 18,2024, paid for it and received a confirmation and order summary from ELKHART RV PARTS.As of this date I have not received my order.I have called the number listed on there website 4 time over the past month.NO ANSWER. I have asked for a call back and NOTHING.They have my money, I don't have my order and they do not respond to emails, or phone calls.I am beginning to think they are a FRAUDULENT business.

      Elkhart RV Parts does not even deserve the 1 star that I HAD to leave for this review!!! Ordered a fireplace for ****** on 2/8/24 -- Money was immediately processed. Email Order Confirmation was immediately processed. We have left multiple voice mails, text messages and emails trying to get confirmation on our order. CRICKETS!!!! No return messages to ANY of our inquiries!!! I've left reviews on their ******** page and I will continue to do so anywhere I can. This is the worst customer service ever!!! OH THATS RIGHT.... if you are a SCAMMER, there is no customer service!!! Please -- do your homework first before ordering from this so-called company!!! They ARE NOT LEGIT!!!       This company is nothing but a scam! If I could rate a ZERO, I would. I honestly thought it was a good legit company and I didn't think twice about it before I placed my order for a Graystone Fireplace. Everything was going smooth, placed the order, charged my credit card, received an order confirmation with tracking which was showing delivery for the next day. Well, here we are 3 weeks later and can't figure out what happened? I started calling and emailing, which I did get a couple of reply's in email, but still no help with my order. Then I went online and seen these horrible reviews of this company and finally realized that I fell victim of a SCAM as well. I have spent the past week calling non-stop (upwards of 50 calls a day), I finally got a lady to answer the phone and was talking all around and I could tell that she lied through her teeth to me because her story kept changing. Anyways, she PROMISED to get my order out that day and was going to call me back with tracking info, guess what, that NEVER happened. It's taken me 2 more days of calling nonstop, and finally got **** to answer (was told this is the owner???), I went off on him, complaining, the whole nine yards and he couldn't understand why I was so upset with him, REALLY, I mean REALLY... Well, he PROMISED me that he was going to check my order and get it shipped since he has around 25 of these units in stock, so no big deal to get it shipped out and he PROMISED he was going to call me back with shipping information. Well, guess what, that hasn't happened yet either. So, needless to say, I have came to the realization that I'm not getting my fireplace that I ordered and contacted my bank to dispute this charge which they did credit my account back already, but hopefully they can get there money back from this SCAMMER! Don't fall victim to this company like me and others have, don't waste your time or money because I'm sure you work hard for it just like I do! DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
