      I have purchased annual irrigation (sprinkler system) contracts for 10 years with this firm. This year they send a young and new employee to my house 4/24) several hours late due to "their response" that he was finding a lot of problems. Instead of just completing his job, this young man demands my attention as he tries to find problems. Then he tells me, without completing his job of course, that I need a new Backflow (several hundred dollars). I told him that I wanted a second opinion, that I frankly did not believe him. 5/1 another gentleman more experienced came out and within a short time tells me I did not need a new Backflow, that it was merely debris. First, my annual contract with them includes Backflow testing and minor repairs. Second, none of the normal setup procedures were completed, including testing the control panel, testing the sprinklers and running a system check. Soon after I received a bill for $200 for Backflow testing! Backflow testing included in normal annual maintenance contract. No additional service was required had this firm trained and provided training support to this new individual. I presume many others also scammed based on their response that he was finding a lot of problems.I refuse to pay their $200 to confirm that their initial technician was wrong in his analysis and was not properly trained.I paid for an annual contract which includes mid-year service and shut down end of year. I fully expect this firm honor that contract.***************** ***************************************************
