      Terrible customer service and overall business practices. I ordered a roll off dumpster scheduled its delivery no problem. After than the experience went down hill significantly. They didnt come on the day agreed upon I called before they closed and got the ol oh ya we got busy. Well be there in the morning. Came next morning and delivered but I had to push back other pieces of my project because if their delay. It was a 2 week rental that you call to get picked up if done earlier. I was done 3 days later and spent the rest of my 2 week rental calling and calling with absolutely ZERO call back to date despite my requests. When I finally got a human. The lady was extremely rude acting as if she knew precisely who I was due to being annoyed with my messages since thats the only contact Id had. She said it would be picked up the next day and then hung up on me. It did get picked up finally. I was aware there was an overweight charge if you put too much in. I got a bill with the invoice date and due date matching which is illegal as I cannot meet a deadline when I havent even received the bill for 2 days beyond the due date. Then the fun starts again. Ive called for a month once a week to pay. If they want their money they can pick up the phone and call. Ill answer and discuss the bill and wgat accommodations they would like to make for me wasting hours of my life chasing them to do business with them and even to pay! This is a ridiculous way to run a business. Im done calling. Im done trying. Feel free to come after me. My attorney on retainer would love to discuss this matter and your illegal invoice with you.

      They are trash service that's trash they lie and hang up on there customers do not use this service they won't show to pick it up every Thursday so you are left with bags of trash because they didn't want to pick it up
