    I ordered and paid for sandwiches via H3***3436383038323039H app to the Coldwater Road store for pickup on 11/15/23 around 8:05pm. The app stated that they were open until 9pm. A few minutes later, I received a missed call with a voicemail from H3***3436383038323039H stating that the store actually closed at 8:00pm and that they would not be making the sandwiches and that they would refund our payment back to the credit card. I called the number back to confirm. A few days later, I still had not received the refund to my credit card. I called the store and spoke to the manager and he stated that the refund had not been processed as promised. He stated that I would have to call corporate because it was too many days past the initial transaction for him to do the refund from the store. I stated that the app and ****** both still show that the store is open until 9pm and he replied that he was aware and that the franchise owner had been made aware, but had not yet made the correction on the app. I called the corporate number and had to leave a voicemail. Following the voicemail, I received a text message from H3***3436383038323039H stating they had high call volumes and was given a link to leave feedback and that I would receive a response after 48hrs. I did not receive a response. A week later I called corporate again and someone picked up. She was able to identify my complaint from the feedback and then stated she would forward the information directly to the franchise owner. I asked what happens if I don't get a response and she said hopefully you do. I did not and I have not received a refund for $32.68 for an order that was not filled or provided to me. H3***3436383038323039H corporate ph# ************; transaction #*** on 11/15/23 at 8:05pm for $32.68 As of today, both ****** and the app still incorrectly state that the store closes at 9pm. I am simply just asking for a refund to my credit card for a product that was denied to me after I had paid for it. Thank you
