    Last week, I took my four children (all under 8 years old) to get fitted for shoes. The gentleman was a little standoff at first but warmed up after seeing my children behave well. After the fitting we walked out with $179 worth of shoes. We live off a budget and consider buying shoes a big deal. A couple days later I get a call from the gentleman stating that we owned an extra $16 because he made the mistake of putting the shoes we bought in the wrong box. It CLEARLY states on their door of business that all sales are final. However, if the store makes a mistake I guess its not final!! We talked to the store manager who had no response or emotion to our problem. It was clearly the stores fault but the customer had to pay more. Very very disappointed with the response from the store manager and how they dealt with their mistake. Not only that but our family has been going to **************** for over 40 years. What a way to treat a long time customer.
