  We have had extensive work done on the whole outside of the house a few years ago. We were extremely satisfied then from the start to the finish. Excellent work. We are now having a sliding glass patio door installed in a few weeks. The sales representative, ****, was very thorough in his explanation of the type of doors available and all the payment plans.

  ******** came over and gave us an excellent consultation on replacing all of the windows in our home. He was incredibly knowledgeable, and I appreciated him doing his best to get us the best quality products within the price range we were looking for. He beat out every other windows quote we had received from other companies. My husband and I are looking forward to working with Key and getting our install completed!

  ******** was so good to work with- he made extra calls to make sure everything was being ordered everything correctly. During the process of picking things out I never felt pressured into adding extra things- like most salespeople do. The day of installation, JR and ***** showed up right on the dot of the scheduled time and worked so efficiently in the cold weather. I had an issue with a lock, I called into the office and they were quick to send JR back out to help me with the issue the same day. This company truly cares about their customers!!

  Very pleased with our new roof. Super quick turnaround from signing contract to project completion. *************************** was on the ball coordinating communications throughout the process. Highly recommend!

  Did not live up to their pre-sales promises, installed window and door poorly, came back to "fix" the poor installation and failed to do so. Later decided to go into the store in person (late August), with photos, to talk to service about fixing the issues. The service **** ************************** was very apologetic and gave me his word we could work out a service repair. He gave me his card with his personal contact info and said he would have Bill the service manager call me. He did not call after two weeks, so I tried to contact *****, who would not acknowledge my texts.He did accidentally text me later, thinking I was a different customer when I reminded him who I was and what the issue was, he did not reply and has not since. It is late October at this point, two months after being promised I would be taken care of.It would be one thing if they said they would not fix their mistake, but it's just cowardly to tell me what I want to hear when I'm in the office, and then avoid me after that.The window they installed still looks like garbage, and they don't care. Avoid Key Exteriors at any cost, you'll spend less and get better service/communication/support anywhere else.

  Key Exteriors did our house for us, and we could not be more satisfied. They replaced all of our siding, painted our brick, replaced our doors, and replaced our gutters and when I say our house looks like a new build, they really knocked it out the ballpark. They went above and beyond to make sure we had the design we wanted. The thing I liked the most is that we are an on-the-go family and they really worked well with our schedule and made sure they communicated which is a big thing. Our house turned out spectacular and its beautiful. We have gotten a lot of compliments in the neighborhood and also from friends and family. If you are looking for exterior work from siding, doors, ***************** dont hesitate to check out Key Exteriors they are so awesome.

  Overall, we are pleased with the work done by Key Exteriors. They replaced all siding, shutters, and 6 windows. There was a bit of a delay from the expected start time until when the project started (expected November 2022, started late February completed May 2023) but I dont know that Key could have moved any faster with supply and labor being what they are currently. The siding crew was very good, and the window crew was excellent. Both crews were highly communicative, and they did a great job of cleaning the work site. I would recommend them to others, and we have them coming back to quote additional work.

  Have had multiple issues with Key Exteriors. They are so bad that we have asked them for our deposit back. We encountered a salesman of theirs that became really defensive when I told him that he had not gotten back to us in a timely manner to discuss project changes we wanted. He told me that he could be fired because we told his boss about his lack of response. The salesman was also extremely upset that he would lose commission if we cancelled the job. Bottom line, our overall experience with Key Exteriors has been VERY poor. There are multiple reasons. Lack of responsiveness in communications; employees not being technically savvy; no clear lines of responsibility (left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing); employees passing the buck; receptionist not having access to the admin email inbox; dumping tasks on clients that should be the contractor's responsibility; employees not fully reading and understanding emails from the client and then asking informed questions; and the icing on the cake...their construction manager hung up on us when we were trying to have an intelligent conversation about our project changes. Amazing. At this time the company owner is holding us hostage because the contract we signed allows Key Exteriors to keep 1/3 of the contract cost if we cancel at this time. The owner stated that he has another construction manager and he and the owner would meet with us in person to see if the changes we requested could be done. He has agreed to a meeting, but it took us a week trying to set up this meeting by texting, emailing and voice mailing. Not responsive at all. I would not recommend Key Exteriors to anyone.
