    We ordered 3 windows on July 18, 2023. One replacement, two construction. We JUST got our last window installed on May 5, 2024. This has been an absolutely terrible process full of lies. We were originally told we would have these windows October 2023. Then, we were supposed to have them in February. When I received a text from our project manager on Feb. 7th, he said he had received our windows and would be in contact with us in a few days to set a date to install them then I never heard from him. I tried reaching out to him via text two more times, and he did not respond back until March 4th.From there, our first attempt was canceled due to a sick installer. The second attempt was due to lack of communication between the installer and *****. The installer thought they were just doing a measuring. The third attempt, we got our replacement window on March 29th. Again, more miscommunication as the installer was not told the other two windows were new constructions.Our project manager did his best to avoid our texts and calls as we tried to figure out when our other windows could be installed. Our second window was installed on April 24th and the third on May 5th.To get to this point, we talked to our installer directly for the most part because he was more informed and actually answered our calls. The point of hiring a company to do something like this is for the convenience. This was anything but convenient and we spent most of our time babysitting our project manager.

    Home Pro replaced both our Roof and Siding, the process was easy and we were well informed throughout. The crew stayed hard at work, even in the cold weather, and got our house finished in a timely manner. We will be using them again for windows in the future and would recommend them to anyone else considering using them. Thanks again, Home Pro

    HomePro did fantastic work. The roof looks great. While working some issues from the home did come up and HomePro was very prompt at advising me. Clean up was great, especially with dogs who run around. Always happy to recommend HomePro. ????????????

    Home Pro employees were efficient and the work was completed both promptly and professionally. They handled the clean up well and we are grateful for their warranty in backing up their product. The roof looks good and will be the last one we will have to put on our home. Thanks, to Home-Pro!

    I am disgusted with my experience with this Company!!! The only thing I wanted was a free quote for a roof replacement. I was told by the "salesman" that I was signing a document for the savings program but instead they're trying to rope me into a working contract!!!! I was lied to from the beginning and if Home Pro refuses to rectify this situation I'll be forced to seek legal action! DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

    We got a new Metal Roof from HomePro and are very happy with the results! ****** really helped us through the project and made sure to give us enough information and time to make our choice. He also show'd us how to get the financing we wanted to get the project completed. The communication was great and the crew did a stellar job, they were in and out in 2 days! The clean up was great and they were very polite.

    Excellent job on installing our metal roof. Installers were finished everyday before we got home. Clean up was amazingly good. We would highly recommend this company.
