    Service techs explained everything in great detail, and they finished more quickly than expected.

    They were very professional and honest. I was told by a different company that I needed a lot of work done. So I called Mr. ********************** Plumbing for a second option. When they got there I told them what the other company said needed fix. They took a look and over half they things the other company said were bad was completely fine. I'm happy that there is a company out there that is honest and not out to steal people's money. I will be using them for any future work

    At 3:00 p.m. on Sunday I called in for an emergency service with this company. I was told it would be approximately an hour. At 6:30 the company notified me that they would not be honoring their commitment to do an emergency plumbing fix for me. As such my family is stuck without water this evening and tomorrow. Knowing this the company still chose not to honor the commitment they had made putting me in a position where I'm not able to find another company at the last minute. Had this company been honest with me in the first place I would have been able to make alternate plans. However, this company's lack of integrity has put my family in a very difficult position. Whatever you do do not do business with Mr **********************
