      The company is doing our neighborhood mowing (on and off but for at least 2yrs now straight) and the job is horrible, we're at the dead end and they do an awful job..... We PAID FULL PAYMENT!!! And the work that they do in my area is awful. One of the supervisors told me that "this is NOT part of your house, it's a common area." And I said to him, "WHO MOWS THE COMMON AREA?" I guess they're the cheapest and their work is CHEAP looking?????

      I will address with the supervisor and work to fix the problem.  This time of year with excessive rain we try to do the best we can under the conditions.
