  DuHadway waterproofed our basement. They were great. Cleaned up thoroughly and we no longer have any water anywhere in the basement. Very pleased w their service.

  Summer of 2023 DuHadway Review: We hired DuHadway to replace the siding on the front of our home. BEWARE - DuHadway has had a major business model change. DuHadway no longer maintains quality control using full-time employees to do their installations, they only uses subpar subcontractors. It is up to the customer to verify quality and check the work! Because of the poor workmanship it took over 3 months to complete my 2 week job. Also, communications with *** ***** was terrible.

  We just had our old windows replaced and couldn't be more pleased. The installation went very quickly. The crew was very efficient, professional and cleaned up each evening before leaving. Any furniture that was moved was put back and the blinds and window coverings that were removed before taking out the old windows were re-installed. The window and sliding door product is excellent and we are already seeing a huge difference in the comfort of our home's temperature. I would highly recommend this company.

  I bought and had new aluminum awnings installed. Awnings are just what I ordered. Good quality product Installation was horrific. I told the company what time I would be home. I was told since they had access to installation locations I didn't need to be present. As I turned out I arrived home as the awning over the front door was being attached. I told installer I could enter by the side door. Installer at the side door was still in process of assembling that awning.When I realized they were finished and had left, I went outside to discover that the side door awning was far too high and COMPLETELY off center!!I called to complain and "that's why we like the homeowner to be present." I WAS!!When I asked the installer why he didn't ask me about the positioning he said, "You weren't home." I WAS!!When I asked the owner of the company, "WHEN do you NOT center an awning over a door?" He just kind of looked at me and said they would fix it. They did reposition the awnings correctly but it's on me to caulk and touch up the paint on the s**** holes in my siding that never should have been put there.Installer, " I just did what the boss told me to do." ****, "I told them to use the previous s**** holes." Evidently no matter how bad it looked.And they had the audacity to send me the bill for balance owed, without any adjustments reflecting the work I now have to do to repair several holes in brand new siding, OR reflecting any type of apology.Good products, lousy installation and brainless installers. Plan to be at home and watch everything.
