  The installation team arrived on time, answered all our questions, cleaned up the worksite when they were done, and paid careful attention to details. They were careful not to trample our plants, which I very much appreciated. And our front porch and walkway look GORGEOUS!

  We were very happy with both the salesman and the installers. A little confusion due to the salesman man quoting the use of stitches and the installers saying stitches weren't necessary. The price remained the same though. As far as the workmanship and finished product we are very satisfied. It's beautiful. The installers did some work around the drain, and got it so the drain cover now fits and looks perfect. I would recommend this crew to anyone.

  We had our garage floor and porch done in October 2023. The garage was done by the local crew but because of weather they had to delay the porch. An ***************** came to do the porch. We wanted the porch done because it had two cracks that had been there since we moved in in 1993. They were the same crack since 1993 and but we wanted to be cautious so we purchased the concrete stitches. When the crew did not put in the stitches I questioned them. They told me that they had a new extra strong adhesive that worked as good or better. it is one year later and I see one of the cracks has reappeared. I see in the warranty that concrete cracking is not covered. I called the salesman to complain but he will not return my call.   My pool is 34 years old and I knew it would be a challenge with all the imperfections with the pool deck. We were excited about the upgrade and took the steps necessary to prepare for the coating. We had the pool deck leveled a year ago as we knew that Polypro does not level. We had 2 issues about a 12'' square where the concrete was broken in pieces and held together with caulk and raised up about an inch. This was a trip hazard and we wanted these areas taken care of before coating as I have had to cover with rugs over the years. We contacted a rep from Polypro to do an assessment and an estimation of the cost. I specifically pointed out these two areas and questioned whether the company was able to do the repairs or if we needed to hire a contractor to do the repairs before moving forward with this project. We wanted it done right and would have taken the time necessary to make sure the repairs were done properly because this was a huge investment. The rep assured us that it would not be a problem, they have repaired a lot worse. We felt confident and decided to sign the contract. Before the installation date, i had called the main office and talked to a manager with my concerns of the two areas that needed repaired and he also assured me that it would not be a problem. I sent pictures so they knew exactly what the situation involved. After the first day of prepping the pool deck, the worker informed us that they were not able to make any improvement with these two areas. We were not happy! I talked to a ************** from the main office in ******** and he was very rude and abrupt. Told me they do not level and I said that had we been told these areas could not be repaired by them, we would have postpone and hired a contractor to do the repairs! His reply was "then fix it"!! I feel that since we were told they could do the job with no problem, the company should stand behind their rep and do the repairs necessary to our satisfaction or refund some of our money.

  PolyPro/TSR concrete coatings is a joke. They hire random folks who dont know what they are doing and will half a** your entire floor and then they make you repeatedly clear out whatever area THEY MESSED UP for "repairs" The employees will sit and talk s*** about customers constantly.Bosses will show up and curse out employees on the job site (AKA YOUR HOME)Did they try to sell you stitches? Yeah those are a $$$ plot thats all. they make a lot of big promises that wont ever be delivered. Choose anyone BUT them.

  STAY AWAY or BE VERY CAREFUL...while the 1-day installation and the finished product is top notch, the sales rep quoted one price then altered it afterwards by +$2300, never rec'd the signed emailed quote or esigned contract directly from the rep/business ...took me to contact the authorities to obtain copies. Manager & administrative staff response is non-existent...what business in today's world doesn't have an answering machine? Left 4 messages with secretary for someone to call and yet no calls before they sent a letter threatening collections. Have to now wonder/question how their warranty response/work will be. Product is not worth the hassle of dealing (lack of) with the *****************
