    **** and his team have been incredibly helpful in focusing my business. They took our strategy and refined it through questions and interviews. What was once an ****** broad shotgun approach is now an effective aim that has us pointed directly to our target audience.

    We hired this company to do launches for us, paid $5000 per month for 4 months, our launch date was supposed to be on the 15th March then they told us they could not launch because of internal staff problems. In May we finally asked for a refund and they have never responded to our refund request despite trying by email, SMS, chat and on the project management system.Basically just ghosted us, I even asked a common acquaintance to contact them asking them to respond to us and their response simply did not even mention the refund request was more like a vague response saying nothing useful not even mentioning the refund, then ghosted us again and did not reply to further messages.We did hear great things about this business and their launches but our experience was completely the opposite of what we heard.A big red flag indicator were very vague meetings where we had no idea of what had been done so far, but because of word-of-mouth we thought they'd fulfill.They also claimed never to have lost a client.
