    Terrible service and maintenance company. Nothing is never done pond is a mess weeds over 5 foot tall looks like a jungle

    I have sent 2 requests to have my fence repaired as well as the front gutters cleaned . My new request is to have the backyard reseeded as there are several areas without grass. The backyard is very patchy and unattractive. I just sent another email today but it said there was an error and did not go thru after multiple attempts. It seems it is impossible to get a response or a call back from this company. Its very frustrating. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I would think at $278 a month they could at least return a call

    Deb, we are sorry to see this 1-star review and that your emails didnt go through Saturday. We are in receipt of your message through BBB received on Saturday, June 10th at 7:13 p.m. and your emails from May 5th and 9th. Please note our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and we strive to respond to residents within one business day.

    We responded to the Friday,  May 5th (received at 5:17 p.m.)email on Monday May 8th at 9:59 a.m. stating that your request to have your gutters cleaned and fence repaired was added to the communitys maintenance list. This list gets completed throughout the summer prior to painting of some of the units and fences. The May 5th email was the first correspondence we had received regarding these issues though your email states it was your second communication to us. If you could please provide us with the initial communication, we would greatly appreciate it.

    For the May 9th email about patchy areas, it is our understanding that you spoke to the Board President regarding the grass spots, and he communicated to you that the bare spots can be addressed as the budget allows. If this is not the case, please let us know.
