    I purchased a 1/2 beef the order was cut to perfection. All meat accounted for and vacuum sealed. I grilled a couple of t-bones taste great, cooked an oven ***** roast delicious and tender. The facility was freshly remodeled and very clean.

    They have a great selection on various cuts and species on shelf ready for purchase. If you interested in processing we have now had a cow and a pig done and they are hands down the best packing around and the process is super easy and transparent.
