  I just got new windows from Bee Windows and I give them a 10. Everyone that came to my home from the first visit to the measuring and the installation were friendly and courteous. The installation crew under ***** ******** worked quickly, answered my questions and cleaned up everywhere. I am very happy and I love my new windows. Thank you Bee Windows.

  Very satisfied with my new windows. Bee Windows did an awesome job. The workers were polite and knowledgeable. Cleaned up after the work was completed. Hauled away the old windows and materials. Explained the features and guarantee their work and windows. Yes I recommend BEE WINDOWS ??. Another satisfied customer.

  What an amazing install of our sunroom! We were treated very professionally throughout the process from design and pricing to the finished product. The installation crew went over and above our expectations working in miserably cold conditions, they were well prepared and finished in a very timely manner.   Everyone at Bee Windows that we have had an encounter with has been awesome. **** was very knowledgeable about the windows. He was not a pushy salesman at all and that was much appreciated.**** and ******* (installers) were very efficient at their job. It was a pleasure having them working on our home. They were both very kind and took great pride in their work. I would definitely recommend Bee Windows. They get a 10+ from us.

  They arrived right at the scheduled time. The project was a patio door and a casement window replacement. It took the two men about 4.5 hours to do the project and clean up afterward. They were meticulous on the clean up. The opening for the patio door needed to be about 2 inches higher for the new door and they had to install new "J" trim around the door. They also installed new inside trim around the door. The double casement window, with one opening light, was installed without any adjustments to the frame. The results are great and look top notch. One complaint, and it is a small one that can't be avoided, is that the adhesive caulk used badly stunk up the sun room for about four days as the caulk cured. What a stink then. But a week later it is just fine. I was led to believe by the advertising that Bee Window was based in *************** not in *******, ******* because they say in the commercials that they are locally owned. My goal of a sale price and to support a local company was not quite what happened. Sale price, yes. Local company, no. Satisfied with the results, yes.

  Working with *** in the purchasing phase was great! He was extremely thorough and patient answering all of our questions. Since I have over 40 years in sales experience, *** is one of the sharpest and best I've seen in a really long time. No pressure at all and his follow up was timely spot on!On installation day, *****, **** and **** arrived on time and were absolutely the best! They were extremely polite! They installed our 16 windows and paid great attention to EVERY detail. When asked, ***** was great in explaining to us what they were doing and why. **** and **** are craftsmen in the installation and trim department with every detail in the installation process. The caulking around every window was the best I've ever seen. When finished they totally cleaned up and left no debris whatsoever in the yard or flowerbeds! They left everything looking as good as before they came. The windows are gorgeous, very well made, and easy to operate!!! Obviously, we are extremely pleased and will recommend Bee Windows to everyone! They are consummate professionals and will be invited back for any future work on our home.

  We have agreed to contract a job with BEE Window. Final measurement was scheduled yesterday (8/7/24) by their "Technician" arrival time was between 2-4 pm. Received a call form him at 3:59 saying he was delayed and would not arrive until approximately 6:30. Their is NO WAY he didn't know he would be 2.5 hours late earlier in the day.....and could have called. I lost 2 hours of work waiting for this "Technician" to show up. Bad start for our project already. What's funny is I can't leave a review with zero stars (?) So in order for my review to be credited I am required to pick a star. So I chose one star although it's not legit. In reality - NO stars on this review.**************
