  Don't go to this place. *** *** ********* Review of Seek and Find Consignments The owner of this establishment is a very rude man. I had cash in hand to buy a lot of items. This man came at my family and I because we used a wagon that was at the front door. He could have spoke to us in a much nicer way. We would have understood if he had said it nicely. Instead he cursed and yelled at us. This man has a problem. Please if you have consigned with him, take it back and go else where or sell yourself. All we did was use a wagon. We did not hit any furniture. We would not have said anything if he had spoke in a nicer way. I went back in and asked why this got so out of control,and he lost his mind. Please spend NO money here. I will spread this far and wide. Rude is an understatement. We were having a great day. We were ready to spend money at a small business.

  Nice items at nice prices sold by aggressive owner who makes customers feel unsafe (I cant speak on the employees as we hadnt much interaction with them). Owner's inability to engage constructively with others on topics that are awkward or sensitive, this time the use of a trolley in a way he didn't like, demonstrates his inability to connect with others and de-escalate a situation (even when those involved are trying to de-escalate). Yes, you can have things the way you want in your store. Being aggressive and speaking to people like garbage speaks volumes about you and your business with the takeaway being people should spend their money elsewhere.

  The owner has no personality, surprised he is still in business. Called me a **** liar. How is that for customer service? Will do all I can do to put him out of business, you don't usually go to a business to be abused and he is abusive and foul mouth. Please consider shopping elsewhere

  Thank you visiting Seekandfind on Saturday June 17, 2023 and your purchase. You have been a client for many years buying and selling merchandise . We have been in business 18 years with very specific policies regarding pickup and consignment . We permit “dropoffs” 4 days a week. Additionally it is on the company website. All large items must be pre-qualified via text approval. The Dropoff days are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. “No W’s”. (Wednesday or Weekends). Every pickup, buyers are reminded to telephone 30 minutes prior to arrival to permit the furniture to be curbside for the arrival and assistance in loading. You did not telephone as requested. The loading area is at the Yellow “Couch Crossing” sign near Pizza Hut. After your unannounced visit to pickup your purchase, you were advised to pull up to the Yelllow sign for loading. The staff quickly scrambled to move the furniture for pickup. We are short staffed and this unannounced pickup adversely affected the other shoppers by being away from the desk. This would have not have happened if the courtesy call 30 minutes in advance, as requested on the day of purchase, This designated area is the safest for loading and traffic control for the safety of the customer. You were requested to move your truck to the pickup area after you came into the business for the unannounced pickup. You did not utilize the designated loading area. You did not move your truck from the parking lot to the loading area. We waited at the pickup area with your furniture; you did not pull up to the loading area. You refused, and demanded the furniture be brought through the parking lot to load in your red truck. We accommodated your request. Additionally, you attempted to deliver a metal bed without texting for approval and dropping off on a Saturday. (Weekend). You were denied Dropoff. This was not an approved dropoff day. You became irritated and yelled about terrible customer service. We are not fully staffed on weekends since we do not permit for weekend consignment. This has been the policy for 18 years and is in your previous executed written agreement. You were advised of the policies of calling in advance for a pickup of merchandise; by you not calling, this affected the quality of service to the many clients attempting to checkout. We are short staffed on weekends and require scheduled pickups for the 27,000 buyers. We have 7,000+ consignors that use our services. You found it necessary to file a complaint, because you were offended by us not deviating from our 18 year policies. I trust another Consignment shop will be able to accommodate your expectations. In the future. We attempt to mitigate the unnecessary drama created by society. Thank you for your business.
