  Engine rebuild cost $30,000. Putting generator back in afterward left out bolt and failed to place wiring and fuel line back into harness, so fuel line crimped and generator wouldnt start. Still no response to the problem after 4 months. Terrible service!

  ********************************************** website is nice and looks legit. I ordered and my card was charged. Then nothing. Phones are not answered, emails not answered and voice mailboxes are full. My credit card company refunded me, but save yourself the trouble. Scam or out of business.

  I have call Master Tech RV over a 100 time get no answer and I leaves messages but they dont call back and I have email them over 7 times and get no response. They sent me the wrong part and all I wanted was the correct part and to send the wrong one back but now over a month of getting no response. I would like my money back, but they dont answer so I am getting no where. I would highly recommend not to order from them because Master Tech RV will not help you if they make a mistake.

  I placed an online order for rv hydronic heating parts. I never got shipping information and tried Email, Chat, ****************** and didn't hear anything. Found the recent review on BBB.org and was upset to see the reviewer said the company went out of business.I finally was contacted thru ******** Messenger by ******. He explained they aren't closing the business...they are moving to a larger facility. They are filling orders as fast as they can thru makeshift warehousing. I am not contesting anyones review...but you should know the business is only expanding their accommodations.I cannot comment one way or another about the work they do...but was happy for the explanation of why I couldn't get thru to anyone.

  Finally ***** has caught up to this owner and his accomplice. He's finally got what he deserves. CLOSED!!!!This guy should never have been in business, NEVER!!! High ****'s parts off of other RV/coaches and will over charge you! He unconsciously will completely s**** you! He's done just the same to his employees and finally karma has got him!!! I feel for the employees and others that left this operation.Now the ones that have been left high and dry with the service never completed. Stay clear of this guy! He has so screwed me over for 3.5 years having my property. Never in my life have I ever met a man with so many excuse after excuse and he never delivered. I just want protect others is all this is. Sum of you got lucky, others just probably never followed up with a review. HE ALWAYS HAS EXCUSES FOR HIS ACTIONS, never owning his mistakes, always blaming others. His own employees, which he will have no more, will confess to it, basically a he's a *****. They can't even invoice you correctly. Then when they do they'll ask for money on things they never completed. Completely hacked up my property never completed items and messed up my paint in losing painters in s******* with their payroll, pulling people off projects never allowing them to complete a project. His own ( Use to be ) employees will confess to this I can promise you that. This guy is a joke to the industry and shouldn't be in business. They have even run into not being able to make payroll numerous times, the list goes on and on with this guy..... BEWARE for your own good.... This man's comments that he will make to defend this post, I promise be the most BS you've ever heard to defend himself. More of this man's employees (Used to be Employees) have walked numerous times from this place with his tactics he plays. He just will Blankly lies. Own your responsibility period!
