    Cannot recommend their products. The water heater routinely freezes while in use; and costs over $2K to fix!Many Truma competitors have already engineered their products to prevent similar catastrophic failures, with some examples below:- Camplux offers "6-in1 multiple protection includes anti-freezing protection"- RecPro offers "Frost Protection that automatically heats the water if the temp is 43 or less"- FOGATTI offers "CSA certified with multiple protection features: incudes anti-freeze"

    Truma customer service SUCKS!Been having a problem with my Combi heater since it was new! Heats off and on and smell wire burning while running. The Obnoxious person at gave me a name of a dealer after giving me the third degree, and the dealer wanted nothing to do with the unit. TRUMA SUCKS!!!!
