  Legacy ac beware. They have horrible customer service. I had new system I stalled July 2022. And 2 service calls previously. Now ac fan on new unit stopped working . Can't get them to come out to repair.The witch in office blocks are number now. And I drove down to location where online shows their address and they are not there.No updated address location listed. Of course...Beware shoppers the price ***** and they are not loyal to you after they get that big money from you.I will never recommend them to anyone

  Legacy verbally quoted $8,000 for the replacement of a residential 50 x 24x 4.5 radiator (which they had originally installed) that began leaking in the summer after only 3.5 yrs. Legacy also refused to give me a written quote or allow me to talk directly with the supervisor. I subsequently found a licensed, certified ********** that did the work - with a warranty- for less than 1/4 of Legacys purported price!Therefore: Legacy ********** **** engages in price gouging! I also feel they do shoddy work while refusing to warranty their workmanship - or lack thereof.

  We have no record of installing the boiler at this address. Our sales manager checked our records and files and could not find anything.
  The repair was quoted by the technician. Our service manager did talk to the customer about the quote as she asked for an itemized breakdown. Our estimates are based on flat rate pricing and not itemized billing. Customer understood at the time of the phone call and just wanted a more formal quote in writing.  The proposal was sent and customer was upset that we could not give her a breakdown which we explained on the previous call. We have since tried to reach the customer and left a message with no return call prior to this review.

  Have had issues with ****** Legacy and doing required maintenance on Generator and also AC. Keep telling when I call about it that Generator is NOT On the service plan!! But it has been listed on the service plan every year. If they aren't going to service it, then they need to have the courtesy to inform me. WE have gone around and around on the issue of my generator. As of today it's been (2) years since Generator or AC have been serviced! Yet have been charged for these services every year. Had same issues with ****** several years ago. Called them about an issue with Generator and they told me at that time they weren't servicing them anymore!! NO prior warning had been given. Called Legacy and they stated they would be glad to service generator. But now having same issues with Legacy as with Cooks!!!
