      I am a small cleaning company who was contracted to work at 3 plants for Patrick/*****. I was hired to do general cleaning. Throughout my time here, I noticed 2 of the buildings had very little working plumbing. I brought this to HRs attention on 11 occasions. F**** and urine would be covering the floor. I took several videos and photos Throughout my time here. Sending them to their HR lady. In January we parted ways an I billed them my final invoice and stated there was extra services provided for biohazard cleans. Not only did they refuse to pay not just my last month invoices, but they refused my late fee payment and extra fees as well as claimed to have paid me 9k over. This is an insane accusation, especially when they owed me close to 7k an nothing was ever brought up until they were billed. There is no possible way I have over charged. Especially at this outrageous amount. Especially for a whole payroll department to have never caught that. ** had to sign off on these invoices as well. So "if so" why did this bypass so many people. They simply do not want to pay for the work preformed.
