"They canceled our measurement appointment the same day as it was scheduled. They left a message that they reschedule the next day, when I called to ask to be sure that this time they are coming, the customer service lady answered in a very rude manner: I can't control what can happen to the person who should come to your place to do the measurement, that answer sounds to me she doesn't want to have a business with us." ...
