    Love coming to get away and unwind!! Staff is kind and very informative in what they do. Love that they use organic products!!!!!

    Lovely staff and clean facility. I also love their skin care line, Eminence, it has done wonders for my skin and is organic.

    **** and her team are wonderful! I have been a customer for several years now, and I am so pleased each time I visit! Everyone is friendly and the spa is lovely, fresh and meticulously clean!The services are perfecteach time!If you appreciate attention to detail, this is the spa for you!!!

    DO NOT EVER GO HERE EVER!!! Employees are VERY RUDE WITH FALSE ADVERTISEMENT ON THEIR WEBSITE

    ************************* came for a leg and underarm hair removal on July 10th. I did review the cameras  as she checked out... she was happy, inquired about other services, and booked her next appt prior to leaving the spa on her July 10th appt. Also, prior to leaving the service room, the esthetician  had ****** check over her legs for any hair, and ****** approved of the service and stated it was thorough, unlike the last place. 

    On July 19th, I received an email stating that we didn't follow our website and there was an issue w staff.
    I spoke to the service provider and receptionist from the day she came in. I reviewed her checkout surveillance as well to see if she was happy or displeased. Everyone reported she was happy, and she checked her legs before she left, saying how great of a job was done on her legs. ****** then added that she went to *** Sugaring for the same service and was dissatisfied with their service that she complained to them. I called ****** to speak to her. She stated the website said it would be sugar. I asked her to pull up the website as I was pulling up the website on my end. The website specifically states we do not offer sugaring on legs and that it will be performed with wax. She then became upset when what she was claiming was not true. Our website is redundantly clear. ****** then complained about the staff members' customer service. ****** then added that there was still hair left on her legs. I asked her why when the service provider asked her to check over her legs prior to leaving the room did she say how great her legs were and how thorough. ****** then stated because she is a nice person. I then asked ****** why she rebooked her next appt and say how pleased she was. ****** even was feeling and checking her legs in the reception area. ****** then proceeded to state that obviously she isn't getting a refund. Although, there was no mention of a refund up to this point. I was merely hearing her side of what happened. ****** then stated how we wouldn't be in business if it weren't for customers like her and that we are unprofessional. I then attempted to respond that I was only trying to find out what happened. ****** then told me to shut up and listen and that she would be putting in a review. I then stated that I'm sorry we couldn't make you happy and that 9 days later, you called to complain. I then stated, no I will not be giving a refund to a customer that was clearly pleased with their service evidenced by her video checkout. Also, I will not be giving a refund to someone who is so rude and tells me to shut up. I then informed ************** would be updating her profile to prohibit any future bookings with her. I told her to have a good day and said goodbye and hung up. Today, I called NYC Sugaring and the young lady stated they had the same issue with *************************. ****** came to them and left happy. Then, ****** called corporate complaining about hair being left on her legs and of poor customer service. Corporate issued ****** a refund. NYC Sugaring stated ****** returned as if nothing happened on July 17 for the same leg hair removal service. The employees 
    provided the service and were confused why she would return after all she did was complain last time resulting in a refund issued by corporate.  

    As I already stated ******, our website is redundantly clear on all services. I'm sorry you felt the need to attempt to tarnish our reputation. We have been in business for over 12 years with many happy loyal customers. I'm thankful for our customers. They are truly great.

    I wish there was an option to attach the video of her checkout surveillance showing her interaction with the staff and how pleased she was.
