    They were asked repeatedly how much it was going to cost. They said they didn't know but not very much. They did not tell me that their labor rate was $129.00 an hour. Then they charged me for more hours than what they were there. They called me on Christmas Eve asking for money for the bill which was very unprofessional. He drove to my house and picked up partial payment. He told me at that time they would see about getting me a discount which did not happen. I am very disappointed in this business. I could have gotten this service done a lot more reasonable with another company but since someone I knew had used them I gave them a chance. I will never use them again and will never recommend them to anyone.
