I have been nothing but pleased with the professionalism from every worker Ive encountered thus far. The sales rep worked with us and answered all questions we had. We didnt have many because he was super thorough. The measuring team came out today promptly and professionally took the measurements. They also made sure I was in agreement with everything they were going to do. Everyone has been super polite and not pushy at all. Great experience compared to previous contractors Ive worked with.Renewal by Andersen Midwest

Colton ** enthusiastically and completely presented the history of the company, as well as our door options. ************** did my measurements for my patio and front doors. The employee sent out for measurements was great; very polite and professional. He went over everything regarding what to expect with the replacement process. He provided an estimated timeline for windows to be ready and he let me know I will receive a follow up call to set up the installation date. Both Renewal/******** employees I have met with (salesperson and measurements associate) have been very helpful and knowledgeable. I hope the installation process goes as well!Renewal by Andersen Midwest
