    I acquired a new MacBook Pro and also a product key for ***************** I attempted to upload office directly from the *********.com website as directed on the product key. The download failed and a chat box popped up; almost immediately I got a call and they said the software would not download because my computer was infected. I was skeptical but they were persistent. I then (stupidly) agreed to buy their software, and they set up Anydesk software. The next Day I contacted apple - they had never heard of this company and said the security software was unnecessary; they helped me remove all of their software. I am also going to challenge their billing. Hopefully this message is helpful. I would also like to complain about the ********* website; it is impossible to actually talk to a live person about this, but I will keep trying.
