      Recycling was not picked up last week. Sent them a message via their website and did not receive the courtesy of a reply after 48 hours. Called them this morning and after sitting on hold for what seemed like forever was finally told that they would not pick up again until the next recycle pickup date 10 days from now, I asked about a credit and was told "nope, it's a free service so no credit". Not the first time this has happened with these people. Also, their drivers are not very skilled. They usually put the bin down with a little twist at the end and gouge large divots out of your lawn. I have to leave my bins at the end of my driveway on concrete to prevent this. Not a huge deal but still inconvenient as it blocks part of my driveway. Reconsidering my trash service now. ******** looks good. Probably worth a few extra dollars get away from these rather rude people.

      Mr. M****, We do apologize for the inconvenience. Friday morning the weather was not favorable to drive on. We will pick up any extra bags you have out on your next regularly schedule recycle day. We do offer recycle as a free service. Something you won't find with other companies.

      The price you pay is good Compared to other options in our area but this company DOES NOT answer the phone….does not respond to emails….and we have had our trash out for 2 weeks straight and they have not picked up ours…or our whole streets’ trash. Multiple attempts by multiple customers to reach out …have been left unanswered. Then today woke up to the next billing cycle charged to our card but we are hit or miss on pickup-please don’t charge if services aren’t provided. This needs addressed as I’m unsure how they are BBB accredited with subpar business practices like this-charging for a service not provided

      We cannot (our entire subdivision) get out recyclables picked up. They were due to be picked up last Friday and they are still awaiting service. Our trash was due to be picked up today and that isn’t looking very promising either. I’ve tried to call a few times and nobody answers and I emailed them and no response. Another trend is when they do pick up the recyclables it’s tossed in the garbage with our trash, there’s no way it’s being recycled.
