    Just wanted to let people know that **** is a very nice person. I had her do an inspection on a home I was purchasing in November. I didnt know that there was a problem until February. We had a cold snap and my furnace never quit running. I had *********** come out and do a free inspection to see where I could save money on heating. He came out with an infrared gun to show where there was heat loss. He climbed up into the attic to find a pile of insulation in front of the attic entrance. But 0 to 6 inches of insulation throughout the rest of the attic. ***** said in her report it was 16+ inches of insulation. I did let her know of the discrepancy. I was there when she did the inspection. I dont believe she climbed into the attic. I let her know what the duke inspector said. She disputed it saying she doesnt know what he was looking at. The contractor who built the house came out and looked at the insulation. And set it needs more insulation. The *********** inspector gentleman was correct. I let ***** know by text a few days ago. Never got a response. my suggestion to you is if you use her make sure she does a thorough inspection on the attic. This is cost me a lot of time and effort. Both of which I do not have. I paid full price $450 for a full inspection. I didnt get a full inspection .
