    We had a very inefficient furnace and air conditioner. Summers sales person came out and stated the system was inefficient and suggested we replace everything which cost $18000.00. The units were replaced and work fine. The techs were great. However to get paperwork from the office for rebates and insurance claims took months to complete and they were never correct. As a result insurance denied claims since summers neglected to put why they replaced the units. We were allso told that we were getting a two stage blower and got a one stage blower which did not meet the requirements of the rebate. Thankfully Summers did apologize for that and sent us a check.

    The technicians who fixed my problem today were very friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to answer any questions that I had. ***, ****, and ***** fixed an air conditioning system problem that willl save on my cooling costs for the rest of the season. It is very convenient having Summers of Bloomington just a phone calll away!************
