    Paid a service call for a mistake of theirs paid it and still getting bills

    Hi *******! I would like to again apologize for the mix up with billing. I understand that it was likely upsetting to receive a bill after you had paid your bill by cash on the job. We have taken steps to improve our processes and make sure that cash payments are applied to customers accounts in a timely manner so that our system doesnt automatically send out a bill in cases where it isnt necessary. It was certainly unfortunate that your thermostat went out after the warranty on it had expired and we had hoped to help by replacing your thermostat for free and applying a heavy discount to our normal trip charge.
