    ordered a pontoon cover made, waited three weeks, was supposed to be two, tried to charge me ******, quoted me 500.00-600.00, got it home, didn't fit. They were supposed to pick the boat up and correct it, then after dragging their feet, came over and took measurements, said it would take a few days. Two weeks later and me having to call them over and over on where it was, finally got it done. Picked it up, no apology, no sorry for the inconvenience, just walked away from the counter saying hope it fits this time. They do not return calls, and tell you they can't get parts because a factory burned down, yet when you press them on it, all of a sudden they have the parts. Stay away!!

    Had a boat cover made by them. Worst job ever. When they called to bring the boat to fit the cover that they said would take a day took three weeks and 2 rains not covered. When I did get to pick up the boat There is a rip in the cover { new } . I showed them that they had made the cover to small instead of fixing it they stretched the cover till it ripped then left it . The old cover that I gave them for patterns was still in good shape but they don't return them. They also did not make the cover like the one that I had to give them . When they called me to pick up the boat the last time the told me to look at so i did and the cover was still ripped and i was done with them. WILL NEVER TAKE ANYTHING ELSE THERE.
