    20/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND. If you don't want to pay big company prices but still get personalized, outstanding work, warranties, and customer service, then you need to call **********************! My quote was THOUSANDS below the 3 other, much larger company quotes I got, and I got to choose what equipment I wanted (after *****'s recommendations of course!) ***** (owner) came to install a filtration system and water softener at my house after we decided what was the best system to suit my needs for my particular well water/use. He did an absolutely amazing job, explaining everything as he went along so I understood the what and why. I am over the moon with the results! This is the best my well water has ever been. I am extremely picky, so ***** made sure to situate everything for maximum efficiency, while still catering to my requests. Meanwhile, my BIL had a "friend of a friend" install a new softener and filtration system (which was useless for well water) at his home, who proceeded to install the filtration system backwards, used ************* on a line into the softener because it wouldn't stop leaking.. ugh.. anyway! After ***** set me up with my system, I sent him to my BIL. He took on the headache and monster job of removing, and completely moving, my BIL's entire system, getting him the filtration system he actually needed, and after overcoming a few hurdles (with the house) fixed and reinstalled everything. He did an amazing job on that, kept his cool through every hiccup the job threw at him, and my BIL now has a correctly working system and the best water he's ever had! I just can't say enough about ***** and his very small team (intentional on his part) of guys. His post-job customer care/service is second to none as well.

    I've used My Go To Plumber twice for issues. They are professional, clean, timely and get the job done. No issues at all and the best part is - they are NOT salesmen! They tell you what needs fixed and don't ever try to tell you more. I will never use anyone else other then ***** and his crew. I can't even speak high enough on the work they did for me!
