Didnt bill my insurance for a year and a half and waited to tell me so they can collect directly from me. I tried resolving it with the billing department and they hung up on me. Then they sent it collections where they are now trying to triple it. Dont go here. They are scammers at worst and extremely unprofessional at best

My problem is not with the clinic itself. My issue is with the billing. We never have received paper billing statements. Then we receive texts constantly stating we owe money. The way about billing a patient is so unprofessional. I cannot pay a bill without a statement.

I had the worst experience ever. The music was extremely loud for a healthcare setting. When I provided feedback, the nurse practitioner shared that it was due to patient confidentiality why the music was very loud and acknowledged many previous complaints from other patients regarding the music. I was suffering from a really bad ear infection, along with a very low abnormal B/P. The nurse practitioner continued to be argumentative and stated she owns the clinic and that she had no problem with the music being loud. She proceeded to say that the music was not patient preference and that the manager was two doors down from us but that it didnt matter because she owns the clinic. There was no sympathy at all.

I went in for a pregnancy test which is covered by my insurance. Sent incorrect billing code to insurance which denied the claim. Also, charged me a $50 copay then billed me an additional $72 which they proceeded to pay themselves with my debit card without my knowledge.

Went with my family for sick visit. They charged us for point of office care testing that was not completed! When calling the business office they responded we will bill you for what is ordered. Well I can tell you I did not have my kids noses swabbed because I would have remembered having to hold them down! I was told an itemized bill would come to my house in 7-10 days, but it did not and they just charged my credit card. When calling the x ray tech answered and the manager jasmine was out. They said they had already heard of me, and slack messaged eachother about my visit. Furthermore, the medical complexity and physical exam that was done does not meet standards for the ***** and ***** that was coded. For reference I am also a family nurse practitioner. I will be reporting to the better business and state board of nursing for insurance fraud.

I brought my 11-year-old daughter in after a fall during cheerleading with a suspected concussion. At triage, they seemed to think she was there for a ****** lip even though I repeated that I was concerned about her disorientation. Once we could finally see the provider (who was quite nice and seemed to know what she was doing), she spent less than 5 minutes with my daughter and said she needed to be immediately seen in an ER. I received a bill for $309.99 for less than 5 minutes with the provider. That is predatory. They did not treat her, just referred her (and I felt like I needed to shepherd her case through the front desk and triage. Besides the provider, there was no sense of urgency which there should have been). As a side note: My daughter was seen at Lutheran General in the *** admitted, and given a CT scan and the bills for those things were less than the 5-minute encounter.

They have illegally double billed me for the same procedure twice. I've spoken with their billing department multiple times and they apologize and promise to reverse the charge and then months later I get another bill.

I called to ask if they could provide me with a service. I was assured they were able. I registered, talked to the front desk, explained again, waited, met the intake nurse, she took my vitals while I went over my reason for visit again. Finally the provider comes in to tell me that they can't prescribe a controlled substance. Which is whatever, company policy. I get it. But they had THREE chances to let me know before I saw the doctor. I asked said provider to double check the policy and when she came back, she said she could write me a 1-week "holdover" script. I declined and as I left I was told I would be getting a refund for the office visit. Now they're saying that the provider's compromise counts as an "assessment" and refusing to refund me the $125. This clinic has no idea what they are doing or their own policies. If you have an issue, they'll farm it out to their corporate "customer advocacy" line that they don't even know the hours of operation for.
