Communication was impeccable, the repair was done flawlessly, they spent time cleaning up after repairs. We had the absolute best experience. They fixed 3 foggy windows in our house, and it was a pure pleasure. I want specially thank **** for her attention to detail, And *** from the installers team for a very caring attitude and respectfulness to our house. APEX service removed the balances in my windows which was hard to open, but was openable, to balances which are not working and my window is not openable at all.The invoice was over $500 for work which is not done yet.APEX Window Werks

It is an unusually large window that requires special balancers that takes 6-9 months to order from the vendor. We've been in contact with a customer and even discounted the original invoice by $300.00. The customer is on the schedule today with our supervisor. We are trying to resolve the situation, unfortunately, it takes a while to receive a special order mechanism.
