      *************. I ordered a shirt on Jan 31 8:30AM with their *********** promo with the expectation of having for a performance on said day. They claim 2-5 business days for processing, then another 2-5 for shipping. As of today (Feb 18) I still have not received it. AND they won't refund my money, instead they talk around excuses and shipping times and closed dates that aren't even relevant to the order (even had the nerve to say they are close on the 17th, well YEAH but that is still later than the day you said it would arrive.) GARBAGE PEOPLE and I am sure they don't pay the artists enough. Go with any other online tee short company other than this one.

      Terrible customer service! Shop App gives no updates and neither does Threadless. Been begging for an update for over a week, multiple emails to them. This company is the worst!

      Hello,The order the company placed was with a different company. We are Threadless (www.threadless.com) and the order was from a company with a similar name- Threadless ***** Here is the link to the product she ordered on the other company's website. ***************************************************************************** We do not sell this product and the order placed was not with us. The customer will need to reach out to the right company to resolve the dispute. Additional information can be provided for prove that the order was not placed with our company.

      Very bad custom er service. I have been waiting for my order since Dec.12 the tracking says it was shipped three days ago but it is still sitting in ****. Will never order again from this compnay.
