  I am a senior citizen and I saw they had the cleaner for the **** on sale for almost half price of what theyve been asking for it so I decided to get one Im 70 years old so I okayed everything and then I noticed they had charged me $179 And I realize they had charged me for two so I notified them immediately so they would not ship out to they never responded to me except to send me an email an hour later telling me items been shipped and made no offer of refund or or anything to try to take care of me so its quite obvious theyre trying to take advantage of senior citizens

  I loved it until it quit charging. I bought a 2nd one and I loved it until it quit charging. I'm done with them.

  Ive gone through two Respify units in just under 36 months. The shoddily-built units just suddenly stop charging. Respify refuses to refund your money or accept returns, so I wont be making the mistake of buying a third.

  I purchased a Respify CPAP ozone cleaner in a few weeks ago. I used it per the enclosed instructions and allowed the hose and mask to clear out the fresh aroma witha temporary CPAP cycle per instructions. The aroma did not clear. It is long lasting pepper-like residue that caused uncontrollable coughing until I shut off my CPAP and changed hoses and mask. The toxic irritating residue left me with drainage and irritation. Respify does not allow for returns due to allergic reactions or any other residual effect per management. After threatening, I was granted return minus $15 shipping and $30 restock fee. Obviously the product cost was taken care of in their policy. If you have respiratory issue and use a CPAP, beware of this Respify ozone-type cleaner. Saving a few dollars may cost you your health.

  I had a problem during the first few months I owned the Respify but I worked with a lady on the phone who was very helpful and got the problem, resolved (not sure what exact problem was). In the last few days, I cannot get the unit recharged new matter how much I fiddle with the cable, sometimes that has helped, and now I see I am not the only one. it was convenient to use and I had it for approximately two years. I am now just ordered another different unit for my three weeks of travel. Hopefully it will be more reliable.

  Convenience of this unit, especially if you travel, is good as it only requires a small space to pack away. MAJOR PROBLEM is that it simply does not charge. Have to wiggle the wire to hopefully get a charge to take. I cannot understand how this problem cannot be remedied.

  I simply do not understand peoples' complaints. It cleans with OZONE! This has a very specific odor to it. It is NORMAL. I've had my unit over 2 years and it still works like it did from day 1. It charges easily. I have NO problem plugging in the charging cable; that's because I insert it CORRECTLY. ******. A 5-year-old could use this thing blindfolded. I am VERY satisfied with my unit and if it ever gives up the ghost, I'll purchase a new Respify.

  Loved the ease of use for cleaning, HOWEVERit will no longer recharge. Its a shame. Its a very useful product but just not made well enough. Would buy again if they fix this problem.

  Cleaning is AMAZING till you have to recharge the device. Basically have to wiggle the wire around and be in the right position to be able to charge the device. This does this on BOTH of the devices I have bought. I even tried using a different cable with the same result.I called customer service but they are not very helpful. And I have to pay shipping! What???
