    I ordered a book from this company via a third-party seller, AbeBooks. The book was never delivered, but my credit card was charged immediately, prior to the book shipment. Within about 2 weeks of order placement, I received a poster that was a promoation of the book I ordered. Since I had no need of the poster, I placed it in recylcing and disposed of any other materials that came with it. After not receiving the book after 3 weeks, I contacted the company to determine when I might receive delivery and was told that **** notified them that a delivery was made. I corrected their information regarding the delivery that WAS NOT the book. I have had at least **************** with this company and receive the same formulaic response from a "****** Group 4," please send the information.My last attempt at receiving the book which was ordered and paid for was sent directly to AbeBooks. They reported that the vendor, GreatBookPrices, was notified and I would be receiving correspondence from them to resolve the issue. This is the seller's response after all of my attempts: ****** Group 4 (Far Corner) Dec 16, 2022, 10:31 EST Thank you for contacting us. We are sorry to learn that your item has not yet been delivered. Due to the age of the order we are unable to refund lost orders reported to us more than 90 days after the shipment date. We regret the inconvenience.Sincerely **************** These folks are CHEATS!!
