    I ran out of seasoned wood for this season. I text ***** explaining my problem. He replied "nice dry Cherry for $160." It was very cold, so I agreed. They dropped the wood, it wouldn't burn. I asked about it, ***** replied saying use the Cherry first. (After paying for ******, they delivered a mix). The Cherry had water boiling out of it, when put in the fire.I purchased a moisture meter, and tested the pieces. The "seasoned, dry cherry" ranges between 25 and 35% moisture. Wood need to be less that 20% to burn.I've asked for them to fix it, I was ignored. I posted on social media, and they reply that I'm a horrible customer, that they can't please. They've never tried to please me. They over charged me, for unusable product. I'd just like what I paid for.
