I am very pleased with the service VHS provided. I am distrustful of contractors due to some past bad experiences, but that was not the case with VHS. ***** is a true professional. VHS&R is everything advertised and more. Everything promised was delivered on promised date and time. The inner and ***** doors were expertly installed under windy conditions and the work area was left in spotless condition. We had an amazing experience with Veterans Home Services and Remodeling replacing 8 windows in our home. We initially discovered them at a home show in the area. Of the 5 or 6 companies that we interacted with that day, they were the most genuine. From the beginning ***** explained everything regarding window options and what to look for in a product and gave us a quote that beat out the competitors. 5 weeks later, the windows were installed and we couldn't be happier. There is a great attention to detail by the install team and we can immediately feel a difference in our home. The entire team is extremely personable and they treat you like family. Jesse and Co. do excellent work. I have used them for new windows and doors and will use them for future projects. Fortunately, this is not a problem we deal with as our company is only as good as its infrastructure, meaning the people we choose to hire to service our customers. We can sell thousands of windows a year but if our installation teams do not share the same passion for customer service then we have a problem.
