      We had a sewage problem and roto rooter came out. He spent 3 min banging on pipes and came to the conclusion that my whole front yard needed to be ripped out. He said he could confirm by using a camera but it would cost me $900. I declined and called a real plumber for a second opinion. I told him what roto rooter said and they laughed. They were able to rod it out for far less then that camera. BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS.

      My sump pump went out and needed to be replaced I had a new one. Roto Rooter,came out on a Saturday. *** #**** charged me $732.00 to install it I then checked with another plumber who said it would be around $200.00 but on a Saturday around $300.00 Was this because I am a senior citizen????

      The day before we called up Rotorooter and specifically told them our kitchen sink is clogging up, ok fine, they arrived the next day and got to work on the drain and it seems the clog is gone, we then asked about replacing the kitchen plumbing, he claims "not licensed to replace kitchen plumbling" then what is Roto Rooter for ig they can unclog a drain with a motorized snake but cannot replace kitchen plumbing. The guy was only here for an hour or so. This is why I'm giving a 1 star review, there are 50 other companies I can call up that can do the work Roto Rooter can't
