    Very impressed with the thorough coverage of my home. ****** was very professional as well as friendly. He went the extra mile with service by knocking down a wasp nest I didnt know was there. He listened to my concerns about ********* ants and explained what he would be doing to rectify the problem. I wholeheartedly recommend ****** and Pointe Pest Control.

    In the years we had services, which were forced and in place by their partner, *******, I rarely saw a technician on my property. Id have to call to request in-home assessments and put out the bug traps theyd mail to me and never place nor collect. I have in writing canceling service and called, spoke to *********************, no longer with company, in September 2021. Canceled services!!! They billed me in November 2021 AFTER I canceled service and of course I didnt see a technician. I sent many other emails when I got recurring statements and explained their error. Today I receive a collecting notice 2 years later for services I didnt request and doubt were rendered. Read their other reviews to see the same occurrence for other past customers. I will continue to send in paperwork defending my cancellation request and $0 balance.
