      Went with my father in law to pick up his car that got in a fender ******. He called ahead to get the info needed to get the car out. The owner failed to tell him he needs a release form from Willowsprings PD. When we get there the kid at the desk proceeds to tell us this. Obviously we are irate because we thought we had everything needed, the kid then started making little comments behind the desk. Told him that we are just mad because we called ahead and got the wrong answers and that his attitude isnt needed. He then grabbed the company card and said here call him and complain. Now when reading this review think about it, does this really sound made up? This place is a joke.

      Sorry ****** but you have no clue what was told to your father in law on the phone or the driver who was arrested which must be your brother in law. The reason the vehicle was towed after your brother in law hit another car was because he had no drivers license. ***** called like 4 times asking what he needed and the ***************** also gave him a sheet after being arrested of the fine he had to pay to get the vehicle back. With that being said the only reason you were needed to come with your father in law is because he needed another license to pull the vehicle out of the impound. So the only one you should be irate with is your brother in law ***** or whoever he is to you because this had nothing to do with you at all He knew he needed a release form from the start and he was just playing games trying to get his car back without paying a $500 release fee at the police department.

      This is exactly what I mean. I was literally there while he was on the phone. You are literally lying to try and cover yourself. On top of that, it doesn't matter if my brother in law called anybody because like I said, WE CALLED YOU THE *** OF TO ASK WHAT YOU NEEDED FROM US. You failed to tell us this and fail to take responsibility of your actions. You reply to everyone's reviews with their personal matters to try to make them look like the bad person to cover the fact that your customer service is atrocious. You also implied that we purposely tried to get out of paying the 500; my father in law and I didn't know since we weren't told!?

      Just let him know next time he gets ARRESTED to READ the PAPERS that are given to him from the POLICE And follow directions and it will go so much smoother for your father in law Have a great day

      Thanks for legitimizing my review. The fact that you cant say I did forget to mention that, my apologies really shows how nasty of an attitude you guys have. Also continuing to say he got arrested doesnt make you look any better. My review is on your occupational skill which involves customer service. You literally do not know how to talk to people with any respect.

      Kustom Towing never even provided a service to you quit wasting your time playing games for your so called friends that get chased by the police and dont stop and get there cars towed by the police. Writing fake reviews just shows your intelligence
