      I think they are a very poor business. Ive been waiting since April 24th 2023 for my parent headstone to be laser engraved. I paid ******** for this to be done. Still waiting for it to be returned to cemetery

      Im sorry youve had a negative experience with Moore Monument. We pride ourselves with the quality of work we put out and this is why it has taken longer than both you and our team expected.  When a special piece of equipment goes down its not always the easiest to troubleshoot and we arent willing to risk our quality to rush something out the door that we wouldnt be happy with, nor the customer. As always, we will continue to keep up the conversation via phone, as we have been. We at Moore Monument are sorry for the longer than usual wait time but I know you will be pleased with the end-result of your laser etchings.
