"Hotels pool and brewery common area was closed when we went to the room and showered the bathroom was dirty they had roaches crawling all up the wall, and on the counter by the microwave I went to the front desk to complain, and the employee said they had to come check the room out. He came and walked around the room and said he didn’t see any roaches after the fact that we had killed two or three roaches within 35 minutes of checking in the room he told us that he couldn’t refund us because he wasn’t a manager and that we would have to wait till the next morning, he tried giving us another room and we went to check that room out and the beds weren’t made and it was all over the bed and the windows seal and on the floor like the room hadn’t been clean in weeks we called to talk to a manager and the employee that answered the phone was rude." ...
