A2XIT Fraudulent Company and owner Ricky Parsons. Sold us an RCI package and verbally agreed to complete a time share separation for us if we bought the package $6.206. He Waived the separation fees for us to by the RCI package. Ricky Parsons lied and did not complete the separation. Claims since he waived the fees for the separation, he no longer has to complete it. They sold us the RCI package delayed everything and closed his A2XIT business without completing the timeshare separation. He claims the business closed in December of 2022 yet He has been promising to have an attorney handle it for months as of May 2023 promising paperwork showing progress. Now in July, after being told we need palaver work, he is now refusing to fulfill his agreement. We are now having to file criminal and civil charges against him and his company.and it’s employees or ex-employees.

We started the process in March of 2022, found out that we needed to make a few changes to the documents and needed more documents completed by the buyer (this from my timeshare). Tried to get in touch to get the needed paperwork and changes made. Still working on it. No response to emails and the phone number is not in working anymore.

My property sold in June 2022. I am still trying to get everything completed. They don't tell you at the time of sale what is needed from us. No request for any docume ts from us until recently. It sat on somebodys desk. Email takes at least a week for a response. Now they tell us we need to pay maintenance fees for 2023 when the property was supposedly sold in June 2022. Now I need to try and find a corporate phone number. Seems like its what you have to do to get anything done. I wish we would have never even met with these people and I pray nobody else does business with them. You'll pay them only to end up spending more money on your end because on their nonchalant work ethics.
